**Part 1: Present (20 seconds)**
Where I am now. Current role, current focus, current impact. Do not start with childhood or college.
"I'm currently a [role] at [company] where I'm [specific thing you're doing and impact]."

**Part 2: Past (30 seconds)**
The journey that led here — but only the 2-3 pivots that matter for THIS role. Not a full career history.
"Before this, I spent [time] at [place] where I [relevant thing]. What really shaped me was [specific turning point]."

**Part 3: Future (30 seconds)**
Why this role and company specifically. What I'm looking for next. What I'd bring.
"What draws me to [company] is [specific, researched reason]. I'm looking for a role where I can [specific contribution], and what caught my attention about [role] was [specific aspect]."

**Part 4: The Handoff (10 seconds)**
A confident handoff that invites the next question.
"I'd love to walk through any of that in more detail — where would you like to start?"
