By accessing or using Sane Prompts, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Use of Service
Sane Prompts provides AI prompt templates for personal and commercial use. You may copy, modify, and use prompts from our library for your own projects. You may not redistribute or resell the prompts as a competing prompt library.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.
4. Paid Access
Paid access is offered as one-time purchases. The Complete AI Bundle ($149) includes every toolkit, the prompt library, and every future drop. Individual toolkits are also available à la carte from $19 (AI Cheatsheets, Tools Directory) to $129 (No-Code Automations Bundle). All purchases grant lifetime access to the included assets with free updates. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. All sales are final; we do not offer refunds once a digital product has been delivered. Customers on legacy lifetime plans (Starter, Pro, Agency, Founding) retain their existing access permanently.
5. Content Disclaimer
Prompts are provided as templates and starting points. The output generated by AI models using our prompts depends on the AI provider and may vary. We do not guarantee specific results from any prompt.
6. Limitation of Liability
Sane Prompts is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.
